We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled on a hillside surrounded by tea plantations and local farmers' homes. The view of the valley from here is breathtaking! The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the cozy bar lounge area where we could unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings.
The bathroom accessories could be improved, as the bottles were not very user-friendly. However, this place is still highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and clean stay with colonial charm.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful hills of tea country. We were able to easily explore everything in this city, including a fantastic lookout point just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable, even creating a personalized drawing for our child's birthday. The breakfast buffet was amazing, featuring a great selection of English, Sri Lankan, and European cuisine. We also appreciated the hotel facilities and cleanliness, making our stay feel luxurious and eco-friendly.
Nothing to be said.

We stayed at a hotel high up in the hills, surrounded by local farmers homes. It was a heavenly place, with beautiful views of the surrounding tea plantations. the service was good, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We had a delicious breakfast every morning, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the staff were helpful and friendly, and there were many facilities available, such as tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.
The dinner menu lacked variety and was quite poor.

Amazing staff, delicious food, unique location. Comfy beds, lovely infinity pool with village and farm views. Even though not in town center, driver provided. Perfect for seeing Hornton Planes. Can't recommend highly enough. a great stay!

Spending Christmas at this charming hotel was a great experience. The buffet spread had a great variety of delicious food that catered to all dietary requirements. The attentive staff offered warm greetings and recognised us on arrival, making us feel very welcome. The hotel’s countryside location provided beautiful views.
The hotel lacked entertainment options and activities that suited our taste. The hotel's restaurant was crowded and we had to wait in line to get a table. the hotel could offer more activities to keep guests occupied during the evenings.
